Our client is a prestige Wealth Management Consultancy based in Cambridge and provides bespoke independent financial advice, to companies and financial planning and wealth management services to private individuals. They require a Sales Support Administrator to provide a range of administrative financial services support to their advisory team; making effective use of their systems, entering investment details and fund prices which are used to analyse, interpret, present and report on the performance of discretionary portfolio investments of their clients
Role:
Collate, analyse and interpret internal and external data in order to update investment history on the CRM system (Adviser Office).
Produce relevant, accurate and timely business and management information in various formats and using various tools and sources for both internal and external routine standard reporting.
Respond to requests for fund performance information; work with colleagues to determine information requirements.
Provide high quality and timely performance information in collaboration with colleagues and assess whether the client’s (internal or external client) need is met.
Set up and maintain relevant diary systems to back up and support for quarterly/half yearly and annual valuations ongoing financial administration tasks
Be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of relevant data contained within the CRM system (Adviser Office), and other relevant databases
Applying judgment on data classification when required, to ensure up-to-date and consistent information is available at all times (e.g. removal of matured/cancelled policies from valuations – requires approval from line manager).
Liaising with providers to obtain fund values/unit prices/transaction statements and other illustrations
Experience:
A minimum of 12 months experience within a sales support role working for a Financial Services Company
Requirements:
FPC 1/ CEFA 1 or CF1
Basic knowledge of FSA regulations
