Job Decription:
Our Client is a Chartered Surveyor/ Property Consultancy and requires a Marketing Executive for their London office.
They are looking for a qualified self-motivated marketing professional to work in their marketing team. As marketing executive you will have experience across the full marketing mix, including campaign management, communications, producing marketing literature/materials as well as online media.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a willingness to take responsibility for projects with a strong focus on deliverables.
This role will focus on online marketing for the firm but due to the nature of the work will also encompass other marketing communications initiatives
Key duties and responsibilities:
Management of the firm’s marketing communications activity.
Oversee aspects of corporate identity to include image and logo use to ensure guidelines are adhered to.
Work with the marketing director on the marketing plan for the firm.
Identify marketing opportunities in conjunction with partners in key target areas and undertake research on specific targets.
Write marketing strategies and provide support to fee earners.
Monthly monitoring of budget expenditure against marketing budgets
