Job Decription:
Your role will be to work as a Customer Service Advisor and it will also involve an element of support to our client's Sales Team.
For this role we are looking for somebody that, in addition to having an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills, is also able to get involved in sales activity. There will be no cold calling and all sales are based on incoming enquiries. The candidate will provide support to the Sales Team in the case of particularly busy periods or to provide holiday and sickness cover.
A willingness to learn and a genuine interest in a sales role is essential for this position. The successful candidate will be confident, outgoing and personable, with the natural ability to deal with customers at all levels.
Previous customer services experience within an Insurance company is essential
