Job Decription:
This role will report in to the Customer Services Supervisor and will be supporting the claims team.
There will be minimal telephone work involved in this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering their claims function, which will involve data entry, scanning documents, setting up claims records and updating claims records. Attention to detail and accuracy are very important attributes for the successful candidate, as are good IT skills and a willingness to learn new insurance products and procedures.
The successful candidate will be confident, outgoing and personable. There will be the opportunity for the successful candidate to learn more about their insurance products and insurance claims and full training will be provided.
