Job Decription:
This role sits within our client’s sales team and there is the opportunity to earn commission on each commercial or personal Insurance policy sold and the commission earnings are uncapped
Although this is a sales role, our client does not get involved in ‘cold-calling’ and all quotations are generated from incoming enquiries and ‘warm leads’.
They are therefore not looking for a ‘typical’ salesperson. Whilst they need somebody that is confident, outgoing and personable, with the natural ability to deal with customers at all levels, they are also looking for technical skills and the ability to explain their covers and benefits in simple terms.
Previous insurance experience is essential for this role, although not necessarily gained in a sales position.
