Working for a leading banking organisation as a branch based Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for providing Mortgage and Mortgage related product advice to a wide range of clients.
The purpose of the Mortgage Adviser is to deliver exceptional retail business performance through excellent customer sales, servicing. This is a specialist role operating in an externally competitive market where there are increasing levels of both internal and external compliance requirements. You will work closely with nominated introducers and be expected to achieve personal performance objectives to Identify and contact potential new mortgage customers.
A detailed understanding of relevant aspects of legislation including the Mortgage & Banking Codes coupled with Full CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification is required for this role.
