Job Decription:
Our client is an Independent Equity Release Adviser and is currently recruiting for experienced adviser to visit customers in their homes in and around London, to provide quality equity release advice to clients and agree their needs and aspirations.
You will then search the market on the client’s behalf to find appropriate equity release products to meet their needs and present their personal recommendations.
All enquiries are generated by the Marketing department, Television, national press and online advertising, PR and direct marketing campaigns. Their contact centre then contact these leads to pre qualify and arrange appointments on your behalf. You will then visit the client, turning equity release enquiries into sales.
As the company’s primary contact with the public you will promote the company and deliver the highest levels of customer service.
Working from home, you must also adhere to all regulatory standards, meet company training and compliance requirements and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the market.
Working with a mature customer base , you will need excellent communication skills and ideally hold a certificate in regulated equity release or equivalent. You should also have good computer and organisational skills.
To be considered you must hold FPC, CEFA or CF1 - CF5 along with CeMAP or MAQ and the Equity Release qualification
