Based in one of their branches, this is a front-line customer-facing sales role in which you'll achieve and exceed targets by providing appropriate, understandable advice and building lifetime relationships with customers.
You will also be responsible for supporting the branch team by providing coaching, training and feedback for branch staff, and praising good contribution. Delivering quality sales and productivity targets within branch outlets. Delivering seamless and efficient service through effective diary management, consequently minimising ''no shows'' Ensuring a high standards of customer service with all sales activities geared to establishing long-term customer relationships. Pro-actively seeking personal recommendations and opportunities to self generate business.
For this opportunity you must hold full FPC, CEFA, CF1 – CF5 or equivalent
