Our client is an established financial planning practice offering a fantastic opportunity for a high calibre Employee Benefits Consultant
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, technically proficient individual with strong networking and business development qualities, to be instrumental not only in the development of their GPP and Employee Benefit propositions but also in the marketing of these services in the local business and professional community.
Key duties include:
Take on the management of their existing GPP schemes including the review of legacy schemes with a view to bringing them onto their GPP proposition.
Taking their GPP proposition to the market place and to their Accountancy business clients
Developing their Employee Benefits proposition to include; Death in Service schemes, PHI schemes, Directors Share Purchase and Partnership Protection.
Taking their Employee benefits proposition to market and to existing business clients.
Qualifications & skills:
Experience of Group Personal Pensions / Benefits
Excellent standard of written and verbal communication with ability to liaise with people of all levels
Excellent client handling skills; ability to establish rapport quickly, creation of trust, management of expectations, delivery and responsiveness
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines and service standards
