Our client is an Nationwide IFA and as such they have the benefit of being able to offer a wide range of services, products and advice ranging from Investments, Inheritance Tax, Mortgages through to Retirement Planning for private and commercial clients
As a member of the Employee Benefits team:
You will be required to prepare Corporate and Private Client reports and recommendations from templates with a high degree of accuracy, based on information supplied either by the lead consultant or on information gathered directly from the client.
You will be expected to be making progress with the Diploma, with specific emphasis around pensions. Prior Corporate experience would be an advantage.
Ideally you already are, or are working towards, being an IFA. This is intended as a non-targeted role although they are open to an element of OTE for the right candidate. This is not a full consultancy role at this stage and you will be asked to meet with and provide information to individuals within a corporate scheme.
To be a member of their Employee Benefits team, you must:
· Feel comfortable communicating at all levels and be able to build relationships both internally and externally.
· Be able to organise and plan your own workload to meet deadlines.
· Work well under pressure in a team environment.
· Have good number skills.
· Have experience of writing suitability letters.
· Have attained the financial services CF qualifications (ideally 1-5) or FPC qualification.
