Our client is an established Property Management and Lettings Agency located in South West London
Due to company expansion they urgently require a highly efficient, trustworthy, meticulous and reliable
Accounts Executive/Bookkeeper/
Your job will involve amongst others, running the company accounts using Sage Line 50, supporting the team, posting invoices, liaising with clients, calculating rents, updating clients, data input to CRM system, running Management diaries
The right candidate does not need property industry experience but must have a thorough understanding of and be able to use Sage Line 50 confidently, posses extremely good people skills and be a driven and hardworking individual. You will need to like working with numbers, and be able to demonstrate a meticulous approach to numeracy and double entry accounting, have sound, thorough and proven knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook programmes as well as the ability to manage a CRM (Client Relationship Management) system.
The successful candidate will be honest, meticulous, reliable and able to produce work to a consistently high standard, work to deadlines, work alone and use their own initiative. Dealing with both clients and staff a friendly, professional yet assertive manner is required.
